Core Principle
Supporting characters are not decoration. They should fill the protagonist’s missing resources, expose weaknesses, create pressure, or amplify the selling point.
Execution

List protagonist gaps
- Skill gap, emotional gap, resource gap, moral pressure, social access, antagonist pressure.

Assign only necessary roles
- Mentor: teaches or opens a door.
- Love interest: creates emotional stakes or contrast.
- Benefactor: provides rare access or protection.
- Loyal subordinate: executes and reflects protagonist growth.
- Rival: mirrors or challenges the protagonist path.
- Antagonist: blocks the current stage goal.
- Partner: enables a repeated selling-point scene.

- Delete or merge roles with no function.
