Review GitHub Pull Request

Instructions:

Use 'gh pr view' to get the PR details and description.
Use 'gh pr diff' to see all the changes in the PR.
Review the changes following the ha-review skill. It is VERY IMPORTANT to follow the ha-review skill instructions. Explicitly pass the PR's target/base branch to the ha-review skill (obtained via gh pr view) so it diffs against the correct base.
Run a subagent in parallel to check the PR review comments following the ha-pr-comment-audit skill.
If the PR changes the behavior or interface of an entity platform integration listed in homeassistant/generated/entity_platforms.py, it requires an approved architecture discussion (https://github.com/home-assistant/architecture/discussions) linked in the PR body:
- If no discussion is linked, flag it as blocking.
- If linked, fetch it and check that it has a comment stating the approval as the marked answer. Flag it as blocking if not approved.
- Verify the implementation matches the approved proposal, including any changes or conditions stated in the approval. Flag any deviation.
- Bug fixes and internal platform refactorings are exempt from the architecture requirement.
