我将文化遗产数字化分为两大阶段、七个步骤。其中，信息分发和公众消费两个步骤有面向C端用户的产品（其余五个更多面向B端）。所以接下来我将结合项目经验，从6个方面介绍，这两个步骤在文化遗产数字化领域的产品设计过程中，有哪些值得注意的事项，以及面向C端的数字产品（区别于实体的产品和服务）该如何进行产品设计。
